Day by Day
One day at a time, I learned late in life, is the easiest way to live. In 2003 while recovering from depression I had to unlearn a lifetime of bad habits and replace them with healthy habits.
Here are a few things I learned and found during that time. I keep them handy to review regularly. One does not have to be clinically depressed to benefit from these tips. Everyone encounters brief periods of stress. Pausing at such times to reflect, prioritize and feed your mind and spirit usually pays dividends. I did not invent these tips and have no patent on them.
